The cards are very unique, which I liked. However, two of our choices were out of stock, and they shipped two replacements without asking. I think they should have asked how I wanted to handle it. I reached out once the order was received, but no response back. Also, I contacted them about the shipping date and was assured that it went out on a Monday, when in fact it wasn't shipped until later in the week on Friday.
