Rinse the mouthguards or dentures and soak in the solution for 5–10 minutes or overnight. Brush clean under running water using the removable rinsing tray of the box. Use a more concentrated formulation in a dilution ratio of IsoDent cleaner to water by 50/50 occasionally to remove tartar and stubborn discolouration.
