They are sent In a recyclable box, biodegradable packing peanuts and honeycomb paper. All items are sent with tracking with either Royal Mail / Evri. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours after ordering, the item will have began its making process after this. If you are unhappy with your item we have a 30day refund policy, your item will need to be returned unless damaged in the original packaging.
