Lou Païs - Provençal Flavors in a Jar! Our Black Olivade is made according to a traditional Provençal recipe using natural products: black olives, extra virgin olive oil (organic), thyme, rosemary, chives, and garlic grown at the foot of the Garlabon Massif (the famous Pagnol Hills). Its unique taste is distinguished by its fine flavors of thyme, rosemary, and chives infused in the olive pulp, thus releasing all their gustatory properties for the pleasure of the most discerning palates. Without capers or anchovies, its fine and savory taste is a perfect alternative to tapenade (much stronger and more bitter). The Olivade also meets the requirements of vegetarian and vegan consumers. Products without any flavors or preservatives, our jars are made in an artisanal cannery and sterilized for optimal flavor preservation and long-term storage (3 years). Product to be enjoyed alone, with friends, or with family.
