The only reason I gave this shirt a 3 star is because the elastic is tight around the arms. I would say the measurements match what is showing under the description. It does run oversized. It's a pretty shirt. I just didn't like how tight the elastic was.

This shirt looks as shown. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because it fits weird in the bust. There's no stretch and it does lay right across the bust and under the arms. Otherwise, it's a very pretty top.
