Horrible recent experience with this brand. I had pre-ordered all of my holiday sets in July and they were never sent, these sell out for me every year in December. I reached out multiple times with zero response from the brand until I canceled the order. I did not want to cancel but with absolutely no communication and shipping dates that had reached end of December - January, I knew there were never going to get here in time if they had not already been sent.
