Completely dissapointed in my customer service experience with this company. After spending thousands of dollars with them over the last year, I had one product come in with inappropriate content for children and when I showed them, they were still unwilling to refund or give a store credit. Drugs, alcohol, twerking, “stoner” reference, foul language… These stickers were in a KIDS calendar. Unreal. And they weren’t even apologetic. No credit. Nothing.
