Hello Kim! Thank you so much for your feedback. We take feedback very seriously at Uncracked and are always improving our operations. Please expand on what you mean by 'incorrectly sealed'. It is very clearly stated our product is RAW. We do not pasteurize. Our priority is keeping our product as natural as possible.
