Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of red blood cells under normal conditions. Dietary supplement based on iron and vitamins. Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule. Directions for use: Take 1 capsule before any of the main meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) with a glass of water. Special storage conditions: Keep in a dry and cool environment. Once opened, keep the container tightly closed and away from sources of moisture.
