I have ordered several times and they have been good about replacing anything defective. For some reason there was no place to make a claim when the order was delivered. I like this company and plan to order again once this is taken care of. I believe it’s more from the shipping company than Cheungs because everything is packaged so well. I will update as soon as they respond. Cheungs is taking care of all issues and I’m well pleased. I will continue to order from them.
