The judges commented of the sauce, “Good initial smell of garlic, a good viscosity, strong color, warmth of chili not too excessive. The sweetness of pineapple is noticeable and not overpowered by the saltiness of the soy. We like the aftertaste to this well-balanced and natural product.” And who are we to argue!
