Being in the furniture and décor business for over 10 years now I've worked with countless collections and by far CTW stands out in their product quality and beauty. Any time I have had to contact customer service the entire team has been phenomenal with their speed, dedication, and professionalism. Other companies seem to pick the "not my problem" approach once you get your items however the CTW team especially Sam has always been there to help us out. 10/10 company all around!

They responded quickly and sent a replacement but it was also damaged. I assumed that surely this 3rd mirror would not be damaged. I was swamped with seasonal deliveries and did not open this before 14 days. You would think they would offer assistance but they denied my claim. So I am now stuck paying freight and the cost of two broken mirrors. I am reconsidering using Faire and working directly with my manufactures. At least they want to maintain your business.
