Our hand silk velvet is frayed ribbon and our ribbon is pressed. All of our silk ribbons are hand-dyed; which can cause some slight color variation may occur from batch to batch. This is expected and makes our ribbon one of a kind. If you have wrinkles in your ribbon you can iron the back of the velvet which is silk and simply steam or iron the back of the ribbon. Our ribbon is hand torn which creates a hand-fray for each ribbon. This can result in having some threads which can be removed without messing up the product, all you have to do is gently pull the thread down the length of the ribbon.
