Quality of product & customer service were not what we expected. The listing says 220lbs max weight & the max load capacity on the bottom of chairs says 200lbs. Someone sat in a chair to test it & it immediately broke. Thankfully it was a staff member & not a customer but the situation could have easily been much worse. We would not suggest purchasing these chairs as they pose a serious safety risk & an ‘accident’ while using them feels like a real possibility.
