Chai, the traditional drink of India and yogis... It is indeed an Ayurvedic drink, whose invigorating, strengthening, and warming properties are solely linked to the choice of spices. The blend contains no tea leaves and therefore no theine or caffeine. We have been preparing this blend since 2005, with a base of Madagascar cinnamon, a cinnamon with subtle aromas ideal for water/milk infusions. Ginger, cardamom, fennel, and clove bring the exoticism! The green cardamom comes from India and is always from the latest harvest.
