I was missing a full set of bracelets and shorted on 2 more. I did report it and received a refund within moments. the lamb skin vests are a little creamier than what's shown in the picture and are not quite the quality I was hoping for. I use this brand from time to time because I do like her jewelry, not sure why I was shorted like I was but they made it right so all is good.
