Description
This clear apricot glaze is perfect for glazing pastries and fruit tarts to give them a glossy finish. Add 10 to 20% water or fruit juice to the glaze. Melt or bring to a gentle boil. Glaze using a pastry brush. Hot glaze – Jellified. Freeze-thaw stable. Dilution 30% Add up to 20 at 30% of water or fruit juice in nappage. Directions for use: Heat until boiling. Spread over the pie with a brush. Made to stay 24h on fruits in a fridge at 4°C (39°F).
