I am very happy with this product. I did my research and I know it is high quality. I am using it while I am inside my home and recovering from rotator cuff surgery. You must keep it in the refridgerator to keep it from getting rancid. One point to consider for delivery....I was not made aware of the delivery date. I was on vacation and this product (5 of them) sat in my Arizona mailbox for 3+ days. It did not go bad, but it could have been. That would have been terrible.
