Organic agave inulin is a soluble fiber that is naturally found in a wide variety of plants (more than 3000 plants, so the richest are chicory, agave, garlic or artichoke...). Our organic inulin comes from the blue agave plant in Mexico. Even though inulin is primarily known to be one of the most effective prebiotics, it has many other benefits and can be used to: Replace part of the fat: having a gelling and thickening effect, organic agave inulin can serve as an alternative to fats and thickening additives.
