I washed the cardigans I bought according to the tag directions (wash warm, tumble dry low) and they shrunk from adult sizes to children’s sizes. They are unusable. When I contacted the seller they told me “washing was wrong thing.” I informed them I followed the tag instructions and they stopped responding.
