It is definitely a good concept that needs a bit more tweaking. The cut edges need to be finished and the appliques need to be stitched on so they are not folded in half. Unfortunately the unfinished edges are fraying will continue to fray. Also it appears these jackets are a man's cut. This makes it too difficult to sell as they do not fit well on women - very boxy and hits at the hips not the waist.
