Inspiration likely struck Tiffany upon seeing these vessels, leading him to incorporate the shape into his designs. He pushed boundaries by employing his signature favrile glass, known for its mesmerizing, vivid colors and intricate patterns, into all pieces hand-blown in his Queens, NY studio.
