Our bees enjoy a natural environment surrounded by centenary trees, in a pesticide-free home, right next to our organic vegetable garden, in a suburban tree-lined neighborhood, wholly sheltered from agricultural toxic chemicals. Beeswax acts as an emollient and a humectant, drawing moisture to the skin and sealing it in. The oils we use such as apricot kernel oil, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, and vitamin E oil are specially chosen for their soothing and restorative properties when applied to lips.
