Jumbo Wax Melts
Took two months to receive order. When order was received, products were half filled and wax melts broken. I contacted seller immediately, and Seller agreed to replace. Took another month to receive replacement package after repeatedly telling us they were being sent. Received mini size products that were still not full and not what was originally ordered. Here we are 3.5 months later still with no sellable products or refund. Also, advertised with black labels, and received with white.
