The herbs in this tea blend are both mildly sweet and mildly spicy, with properties that can support you in holding space for both grief and gratitude. INGREDIENTS: Thyme, Sage, Cardamom Pods HOW TO USE: Steep 1-2 teaspoons for 15+ minutes. Crush/grind portion before brewing to get most flavor out of Cardamom pods. Can be re-steeped. Depending on your preference for how much to use for each brew, you should get around 30 cups of tea from each 3 oz / 85 g bag.
