Made weekly from high-quality pasteurized A2 milk, these curds take a different route from the usual pressing and aging. Instead, we cut them into pieces, add some fun flavors, and package them right away for you to enjoy. You'll know they're fresh by the satisfying 'squeak' with each bite. These curds are a perfect snack on their own- they also make a great addition to salads, pizzas, scrambled eggs, or just enjoyed by themselves as a treat.
