Our Cinzia earrings feature the timeless elegance of small freshwater pearls (Mao pearls) and their rectangular hoop (Paloma earrings). They will quickly become your go-to classics for both small and grand occasions. The pearls can be removed to wear the hoops alone, and you can also attach them to a necklace using the adapter (sold separately).
