What is Apothicari Fire Vinegar? Apothicari Fire Vinegar is an unpasteurized organic apple cider vinegar in which herbs and spices such as ginger, turmeric, garlic, onion, horseradish, cayenne pepper, and a blend of garden herbs are macerated for several weeks. It is an artisanal product whose ingredients are mainly grown on our organic farm, Les Jardins de la Minga, in Baie-St-Paul in Charlevoix. We call it “Culinary Tonic” because it is a concentrate of exquisite and versatile flavors that can be added to salad dressings, marinades, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, croutons, Bloody Caesars, etc. (add a “Recipes” button/link to the Recipes tab) 𝐀 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 In addition to our fields, our tunnel greenhouses and two electrically heated greenhouses allow us to grow all the macerated ingredients for Apothicari's Vinaigre de Feu directly on the farm, from the most common ones like garlic and onions to the most exotic ones like ginger and turmeric.
