The long ribbons of our Giadzy organic pappardelle may remind you of fettuccine or tagliatelle, but a whole lot wider. The shape was invented in Tuscany, and the name is taken from the verb pappare, which in the local dialect means “to gobble up,” often with childish glee. We have no trouble with that part! Giadzy Pasta is the result of years of careful taste-testing and research with master pasta makers from across Italy. To perfect our first in-house product line, Giada De Laurentiis and the Giadzy team zeroed in on what matters most in a pasta: taste, texture, and fun. By using the finest ingredients and working in partnership with skilled pasta artisans in Italy, we’ve created the pasta we’ve been looking for all our lives—and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Love the packaging and the product, but with the wholesale price being so close to the retail price, and the relatively high shipping costs I'm forced to either make a very small profit margin, or gouge my customers. This is my second order and I feel like free shipping is the only thing that would persuade me to re-order. Just not a good investment in shelf space with such low margins.
