A spin on our classic Caribbean sauce, Boomtown!, this sauce uses all Jamaican scotch bonnets in addition to the local carrots, plus garlic and shallot. After fermentation, we add natural apple cider vinegar and an earthy jerk seasoning blend that pairs oh so well with the spicy, deep tropical notes from the peppers and the natural sweetness of the carrots. This one has quickly become a staff and fan favorite, and with a great scotch bonnet harvest in 2025, is here to stay for a while. As with all of our sauces, no gums, thickeners or preservatives.
