Organic "Pelatini" tomatoes picked when fully ripe, blanched for a few seconds in boiling water, peeled whole by hand and packaged in glass jars with fresh basil leaves. Called this way because it is smaller than the classic long tomato, which weighs around 100g, our peeled tomatoes weigh 40 – 50g. which makes it sweeter and more delicate, with an intoxicating scent. It is also easier to handle in the kitchen.
