This 15 pound box is great for chefs, both professional and anyone feeding large crowds. Pronunciation: caza-reh-chay. Casarecce means "homemade" in Italian. It was a relatively easy pasta shape to make in the home. The slightly twisted S shaped pasta is great for fresh, chunky sauces. One of our favorite sauces is a Sugo di Cinghale which is a tomato based sauce with wild boar.
