Traditionally made as a paste, our dry harissa is a great chile-based blend that brings a balanced set of spices and heat. It can easily be reconstituted to bring Tunisian flavors to a paste or mixed with olive oil for a great bread topping or dip. Ingredients: New Mexico chiles, Hungarian paprika, Aleppo chiles, sea salt, coriander, garlic, caraway, sumac, Tellicherry black pepper, cayenne, cumin, sun dried tomato powder, fennel seeds, white vinegar powder, anise, turmeric, citric acid.
