Victorian Leo Popper Button set in Sterling Silver Accented w/ Lapis And Pearl. Leo Popper was a button maker who came to New York City in the late 1800s and opened Popper & Sons Factory. He repaired the Torch for the Statue of Liberty in the 1920s during the Black Tomb. Button measures 7/8". Earrings are 1-1/2" length.
