The pricking set is the basic equipment for the pricking technique. The set consists of a sturdy and high-quality pricking felt (14.5 x 21 x 1 cm), suitable for DIN A5 templates. Included is a pricking needle with a comfortable natural wood handle (total length approx. 8 cm). When pricking, you use the pricking needle to make holes in paper. The felt serves as a base to prevent the table from being scratched. There are two types of pricking: - Pricking patterns of motifs by piercing the pre-printed dots of the lines. - Pricking out motifs by pricking the contours so closely together that they can be detached. Pricking is popular from kindergarten age and especially promotes fine motor skills, concentration, and hand-eye coordination. Therefore, it is also used in occupational therapy. Caution: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Use only under the direct supervision of adults!
