I love this brand. It is one of my favorites. I do not know what went wrong with this order but there was never any explanation for the delay in shipping or for the missing product but once notified of the error they corrected it & shipped the same day I notified them! They love their customers as much as we love their products!

The product is great however some of the bags were flat which caused us to have to pull them due to freshness. Also your site states shipping is ASAP which is 2-3 weeks which is a little misleading
