Some replacements due to damage/loss. Damage was NOT due to improper packaging; 100% from handling by shipper....NOT packing. Super impressed with the way everything was well packed & protected. More items likely would have been lost or damaged due to the egregious nature of the shipping damage had it not been for the excellent packaging. Filing for replacements w/Faire - super easy. Impressed by how fast shipping was so close to holidays and quality of products all are better than expected.

Almost everything I ordered is good quality. The shipping time is fast and everything was well packed and protected. The candles are not as quality in person as they show in the pictures and one was cracked so I cant sell it. I never heard back from them on resolution so I chalked that up to a learning experience.
