Our delicious vibrant green matcha is sourced from the Aichi region of Japan as well as Kyoto from shade-grown tea plants. Our matcha is organic and is "ceremonial-grade," intended and perfect for cafe-use. Our match is just matcha - no fillers, no added sugar. Our bulk-sized matcha (200g) will make cafes approximately 65 hot or iced cups of tea (16 oz). Your staff need only use 1-2 teaspoons per 16 oz cup. We also happily provide easy-to-follow instructions for hot and iced lattes, lemonades, etc.
