Was billed for the whole order as well as the shipping said that it was delivered. There were only 21 items in the order and should have been 32. The box was not even big enough to fit all the 32 items in it. Still waiting for a reply from the seller and hoping that the response time is quick. Could have been just an oversight on their part. Really, really wanted to get the missing items out!! What items were in the box were great. Harnesses, muzzles and waste bags. Surely the rest will be!
