Very happy with the products that I received and the relatively quick processing and shipping of the order. My only disappointment is that two items I order were not included in the shipment. When I inquired about the missing items, I was told that the "order was too small to fulfill." The mistake was made on the fulfillment end of the original order not on my lack of quantity desired.

My order of 6 napkins/paper plates of $216 had a freight charge of $54. I don't recall that extreme when ordering from Talking Tables before Faire. The product is great and I like their originality. But this extra cost kills it. Sorry.
