I originally ordered in late November expecting products to come before Christmas, as the expected shipping said a week before, they came the day after. The products are great, but the extended shipping and processing time, plus the complete lack of communication, means I will not re-order.

Some of the candles had wax all over the sides that I had to clean off. One in particular was very badly covered. There were price tags on some of the candles and earrings that I needed to take off myself that left sticky residue. The Love is Love candle shows a rainbow design of stones but mine is not a rainbow. 3 of my 3oz candles have a 14oz label. I also had to pull a hair out of the wax from one of the candles. Ive messaged the seller with no response yet, it’s been 5 days.
