This Cuvée, organic, alcohol-free, of Sémillon grape - the traditional grape variety of Bordeaux's fine sweet wines - is the ideal alternative to wine. Coming from the Bordeaux vineyard and obtained by pressing the harvest directly, it offers a unique experience at the source of Bordeaux's “Grands Crus” and goes well with refined dishes. TASTING NOTES: Great richness and aromatic complexity: rhubarb, quince, apple, pear, white peach and acacia blossom honey. PAIRINGS: Foie gras, seafood, cheese platter and fruity desserts.
