Description
19" x 27 1/2". Charles Parsons prepared this brightly colored lithograph for Currier and Ives in anticipation of the Centennial Exposition in 1876. It shows the city from a point high above the west bank of the Schuylkill River with the Exposition buildings in the left foreground. The large edition of this view highlights the quality of its coloring and shading. Color, Text Weight Paper.
