We messaged back and forth multiple times regarding one of the items in my order making sure that it was correct. They sent an image ultimately assuring me it was what I wanted - and then they sent the wrong item. Another item did not resemble the item on their site so I had to follow up that it was indeed what I was hoping to have ordered. You should know that there isn't retail packaging on (at least) the product I ordered. 450 forks in a loose, plastic bag.
