The product is extremely loud when turned on and makes a sound like it is about to break. It also does not cut properly and is not performing as expected. I would like to return the product for a refund.

Before I placed the order, I looked at the clipper and thought I was paying for that exact model, but when the order arrived it was a completely different clipper. I took a picture of the delivery and the wrong clippers I received. I complained to them. Then they sent me a replacement, but when the replacement arrived the second time it was the wrong clippers again — like, WTH; I paid duty twice for this stupid thing. I waited so long for this and in the end I was sent the wrong items twice.
