Update to my original review . Dotch reached out about the item I received by mistake . Mistakes happen an it can happen to anyone , it’s how you handle the mistake that says loads about your character . The customer service with Dotch leather was excellent they handled the mistake an made things right . They was very informative in their communication an showed they truly care about their customers. I will order again with them in the future for the excellent customer service.
