Our members just LOVE Maine Grains at our co-op. At home with our family? We do too! Today we made corn bread with a mix of the buckwheat flour and cornmeal. We butchered the recipe so bad to make it gluten-free and dairy-free, but the ingredients were SO GOOD (the recipe too) that it still managed to be delicious. Maine Grains flours are the best I've found, freshly ground to order and organic. What more could you want?!
