The “Barricati” Condiments line is obtained from musts and wine vinegars from selected grapes. They differ from each other in terms of shade and taste. The high content of grape must, the barrel refining period and the low acidity make these condiments pleasantly dense and persistent. The White “Barricato”, more soft and delicate, is obtained with musts and vinegars of light-colored vines such as Trebbiano, Albana and Chardonnay. Perfect in combination with salads, cooked or raw vegetables, fish dishes, white meats and cheeses.
