The only reason I am givung a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because the products didn't have UPC codes. They were very quick to respond and send me the codes when I asked. Within minutes actually. I know to ask for them before purchasing next time! However, it would be great if there was an option to choose when ordering to save the small hassle. I sold 2 collars before I out them out! People saw them lined up to be added to inventory and asked for them. The collars are very nice!
