Every order I get from Hachette includes damaged items and only once was the box damaged. Hachette through Faire offers better margins than traditional book distributors but you will spend excessive time reporting damage. I see no reason why I should continue to buy from them.

This was my first time ordering form Chronicles. VERY impressed. Great products for great product value. Only thing I wish is the minimum order was a little lower. I'm a TINY shop in a small town so large minimum orders are very hard for me to be a repeat customers. Other than that, FAB products!
